AI Agent Quick Start Guide

Your AI assistant is brilliant at all sorts of things — but ask it about your land business and it’s flying blind. Let’s fix that.

This guide connects Land Insights straight into the assistant you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT — and it’s not just so you can ask the odd question about a parcel (though it’s great at that). Once it’s connected, your assistant can roll up its sleeves and do real work in your business: research markets, comp deals, pull data for a whole county, and draft reports — turning slow, manual chores into things you simply ask for.

How to Get Started in 60 Seconds

  1. Make sure you’ve got the two things you need.

    • A Land Insights Pro subscription — the connection is included with Pro, which comes with a monthly amount of API tokens.
    • An AI app that supports custom connectors — Claude and ChatGPT both do. (ChatGPT needs a paid plan like Plus; the free tier can’t add connectors.)

  2. Add to your assistant.

    Select which AI assistant you use:

    Claude Desktop
    Claude Web
    Claude Code CLI
    ChatGPT Web and Desktop
    Codex CLI

  3. Sign in once to approve it.

    The first time you connect, a Land Insights sign-in page pops up in your browser. Log in like you always do and click approve. That’s the entire security step — and you won’t be asked again until access expires.

  4. Take it for a spin.

    Head back to your assistant and try one out:

    “What’s the land market like in Polk County, FL right now?”
